By registering for, accessing, or using GullyChit (including our platform website, software dashboard, and member portal tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Description of Service

GullyChit provides multi-tenant SaaS website builders and administration dashboard tools for registered chit fund businesses. The software facilitates digitizing bookkeeping, managing members, tracking collections, conducting auctions, and generating reports.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to our premium features requires an active subscription plan (Starter, Growth, or Business). By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan in a timely manner. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or terminate access to services in the event of non-payment.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials (email and password) used to access your administrator dashboard. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Compliance with Laws

As a tenant company owner, you are solely responsible for compliance with all local state and national laws concerning chit funds:

• You must hold the necessary government licenses, registrations, and legal approvals to run a chit fund company.
• You must operate your chit pools, auctions, and payouts in accordance with applicable state regulations.
• GullyChit is a software utility provider and is NOT responsible for your business operations, compliance audits, or member disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GullyChit, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
