Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026. Please read this policy carefully regarding plan subscriptions and cancellations.

1. Subscriptions & Trial Period

GullyChit offers a 30-day free trial for new tenant registrations to allow users to fully test our software features and dashboard capabilities. No credit card information is required during the trial. Once the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Business) to continue accessing your administration console.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. To cancel, please log in to your Super Admin/Billing section or write to us at hello@gullychit.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account access will be suspended and you will not be billed again.

3. Refund Policy

As we provide a comprehensive 30-day free trial period to evaluate the software prior to making a purchase, we generally operate on a no-refund policy for processed subscription payments.

  • Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable and non-creditable.
  • If you subscribe to an annual plan and believe a billing error has occurred, please raise a support ticket within 7 business days of the transaction date for review.
  • Refunds approved under exceptional circumstances will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For upgrades, the price difference will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days of your billing cycle. For downgrades, the adjusted balance will be applied as credit towards your next billing invoice.
